I’m behind again… Day 212

Monday 19th February Day 212

It’s Tuesday 27th February and ((Don’t tell us you’re just updating this blog. You were doing so well!)) I know I was, but we have been so busy with having the car and DIY jobs I just haven’t had time.

This morning was a nice day. In the morning I cracked on with some Book Festival admin work as Chris went out for a bit so it meant I had peace and quiet to concentrate. Then I managed to get last weeks blog up to date and scheduled; which you will have just read. This timeline thing is very confusing when I’m behind with updating it. ((You’re confused!))

I did some more Booktok and YouTube shorts and finally I’m starting to get more watch hours on YouTube again and all the hours put into them are worth it. We figured out how to add text and make it disappear ((I wonder if that works with people?)) within the vlogs. I feel like there is still so much to learn and one day I might actually find I have some time to try and figure a few more tricks out to make the vlogs better.

After living in various parts of the UK, including Wakefield, York, Derby, and the Yorkshire Dales, I now live on a Narrowboat cruising the canal network. To the books… My fantasy series, Festival of Time was completed with the publication of Book Three: Battle in November 2022 and now joins, Book Two: Rescue, and Book One: Escape. In 2021 I joined Saga Fiction and now have three stories published on their app; A Christmas Wish, Decisions, Decisions, and A night lost to the past. Power of Nature a thriller/mystery novel is available on eBook. Finding Love, is my latest romance/rom-com novel and is available as an eBook and paperback on Amazon. I’m part of a wonderful writing group based in Newark; The Fosseway Writers and have stories in various anthologies including; The Brinwade Chronicles, which is a collection of 28 Gothic stories by 13 writers. Burning Old School Ties, Blood, Sweat and Typewriters and our latest book, Writings on the Walls, Available on Amazon. In February 2019 I was lucky enough to travel to New Zealand. During my time exploring this wonderful part of the world I kept a journal and this became 187 Kilometres, turn left – which is a guide to our 43-day bucket list adventure. Available on Amazon. In December 2018; Game of Souls I published my first horror novella. Available on Amazon. Current projects: SagaFiction: Mystery/thriller novel based in Jersey I’m very excited to start rewriting my psychological series, which will hopefully be published in 2024!
